The Traditional Sant Ambroeus Christmas Log consists of a white roulade sponge and hazelnut cream layered with caramelized, crushed hazelnuts rolled together in a log shape and topped with hazelnut butter cream and Christmas decorations.
The Modern Sant Ambroeus Christmas Log consists of a creamy dark and white chocolate mousse and a chocolate chiffon cake soaked with vanilla syrup. The Christmas Log is then topped with a soft, dark chocolate glaze and Christmas decorations.
