Created in the mid 1800s by Gaspare Campari in Milan

campari, sweet vermouth topped with club soda. Served over ice in a collins glass.

NEGRONI
Originated in Florence as an alternative to the Americano

bombay sapphire gin, sweet vermouth, campari. Served on the rocks, garnished with an orange peel.

APEROL SPRITZ
Originated in Padua, Italy in the early 1900s

aperol, prosecco, topped with soda water. Served in a red wine glass, garnished with an orange slice.

BELLINI
Created in 1948 in Venice

fresh white peach puree topped with prosecco, dash of maraschino cherry juice for color. Served in a champagne flute.

AMARETTO SOUR
Originated in the early 16th century in Saronno, Italy

disarrono originale topped with a fresh blend of lemon, lime and sugar. Served in a single rocks glass, garnished with a cherry.

MULO ROMANO
Originated in Venice

vodka, ramazzotti, fresh mint, lemon, ginger beer. Served on the rocks in a collins glass, garnished with a mint sprig.
