Our Aspen compound combines Alpine warmth with Milanese style. Designed by Giampiero Tagliaferri Studio, the Restaurant occupies a historic 1889 building with vintage Italian touches and a central fireplace. Next door, Il Baretto's cozy wooden cabin features a stone hearth and opens to an outdoor terrace. Il Baretto offers inventive cocktails blending Italian spirits with American mixology, paired with bar snacks. Chef Iacopo Falai's menu highlights Milanese-inspired dishes made with fresh Rocky Mountain ingredients, plus a raw bar and the approach to Italian fine dining that defines Sant Ambroeus Restaurant.
